About Eletheia
Meet the therapist behind Eletheia. Pooja is a Western-trained psychotherapist and licensed psychologist in the UAE, offering online therapy for adults across the UK and UAE. Her work is grounded in curiosity and empathy, creating space for people to meet themselves, maybe for the first time.
She has worked across community and hospital settings in the UK, supporting people through complex emotional and psychological challenges, and helped develop community-based services that promote trauma-informed and psychologically safe environments.
Her motivation to become a therapist is rooted in a belief that everyone deserves a life that feels meaningful. Having seen how stigma and silence can keep people from seeking help, she is passionate about helping others move beyond those barriers and find purpose on their journey.
